Welcome to The Yogic Perspective!

योग Yoga in Bhārata (Ancient India) is one of the 6 दर्शन Darshanas (Perspectives/Ways of Living). Derived from the Sanskrit word - Yuj (to Unite), Yoga is a relentless quest into the very nature of the Self and the World around with the aim of Samādhi | Mukti | Nirvāna - the very Union of the Self with the Universe as its objective. It is this perspective that Yoga, strives to encourage a constant sense of enquiry with सत् Sat (Truth) as the only authority. When it comes to Yoga, Ārogya (Health) - be it strength, flexibility, mobility or the freedom from diseases is but a byproduct of the way of Life.

ॐ तत् सत्। तत् त्वमसि ।।
